Services were provided to analyze two existing, below-street level exterior plazas located at the Continental Center in Columbus Ohio. These 2 exterior plazas serve below-street level office spaces, and are both over a sub-grade parking garage.
Each plaza has exterior-grade quarry-type tile, placed over the garage “roof” concrete deck, and each allowed water to infiltrate into the conditioned parking garage levels below. Each plaza has planters used to cover ventilation for the garage, lighting, and drainage system(s).
